Sales Executive


Role Description
Radical Customer Experience ™ seeks ambitious, versatile, dynamic, empathic, well versed, innovative, creative, dedicated, independent and multi-talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences in B2B SaaS sales and customer relations.
This Sales Executive is an independent contractor commission based only.

The commission structure will change based on performance. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new leads, managing existing clients, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for providing exceptional account management and building relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. BONUS when the candidate comes in with prior business relationships in the marketing or HR space.

Qualifications
 Preferred Experience in SaaS
 Preferred Psychology background
 Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
 Proven sales track record
 Preferred rain-makers in the B2B enterprise-level space
 At least 10 years of progressive sales experience
 Ability to work independently and remotely
 Experience using CRM and other sales tools
 Self-motivated and results-driven
 Excellent organizational and time management skills
 Knowledge of consumer insights and Psytech and/or Psychometric Assessment
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field
